AnneMarie offers over 8 years’ experience specializing in the 179d EPAct Tax Deduction Certification Process. She processes the energy model and performs the onsite surveys for hundreds of projects personally and oversees nearly 2,000 Certifications. She attended Eastern Michigan University majoring in Computer Aided Design in Manufacturing. She then utilized the CAD knowledge in the Architectural industry. From there, she applied these skills to the process for 179D and Cost Segregation Studies. With a passion for her work in Tax Incentives, AnneMarie continues to evolve with the ever-changing industry.
Ray is an experienced professional in the Research and Development Tax Credit industry. Ray’s vast experience includes working with high tech manufacturing firms including aerospace, medical, oil and gas services, metal & plastics fabrication as well many other high-tech manufacturers. He has also worked with Software Developers, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Architectural firms. He specializes in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on infrastructure design and has over 30 years of experience with Architecture, Civil Engineering, Land Planning/Development, Land Surveying, Environmental Engineering, Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, and Traffic design.
Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Construction Management from Park University and was an engineering teacher at the Army Corps of Engineer Schools at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Ray has worked with private Civil Engineering firms as a Design Engineer on multiple public works infrastructure projects, private developments, commercial sites and buildings, state highways/roads and bridges giving him an edge to understanding the details that go along with Engineering.
In Ray’s spare time he serves as the Western U.S. Representative for the World Boxing Federation, a role in which he collaborates with world boxing promoters and boxers interested in competing for World Boxing Federation Titles, as well as refereeing, supervising and documenting scheduled title fights while ensuring fair play and safety for the athletes.
Andrew has over six years of experience as an R&D Engineering Consultant. He grew up in Temecula, California, and his passion for the sciences led him to attend California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. There, Andrew was president of his school’s ASCE chapter and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on environmental and geotechnical engineering. His hobbies include scuba diving, hiking, skydiving, and coaching youth soccer.
Vikki Johnson has had over 12 years of public accounting tax experience with KPMG LLP and Grant Thornton providing tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of businesses. For the last 10 years, Vikki has specialized in serving small, large, and mid-sized companies to help them identify, quantify, and substantiate Research and Development Tax Credits.
Her experience with the R&D Tax Credit includes Architect and Engineering firms, manufacturers of chemical products, oil and gas products, oil and gas exploration research, production, robotics manufacturers, construction equipment manufacturing, and software development for advertising, manufacturing, and banking, as well as internal-use software for manufacturing, airline, and retail companies.
Vikki is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas, and received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Lydia graduated from Texas Tech University with a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance. She worked 5 years at Ernst & Young in their downtown Dallas, TX branch. Lydia is currently a Research and Development Consultant for Corporate Tax Advisors in Huntsville, Alabama. She is also a Special Enrolled Agent, licensed by the U.S. Treasury to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in all of our nation’s tax arenas.
Jeremy studied Accounting at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he completed his undergraduate degree. He has six years’ experience in the public and private accounting sectors, with experience in corporate and individual tax, managerial accounting, and forensic accounting. Jeremy is currently a Research and Development Consultant for Corporate Tax Advisors. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, involvement in the music and arts community, hunting, and hiking.
Cameron graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Music Education. For the past 11 years she has combined her creativity and education skills to assist clients in multiple ways, buying and selling real estate for 6 years. In the last 5 years she has worked with businesses to secure their assets through security, access control, and video surveillance. Therefore, it was a natural transition to continue helping businesses secure more of their time and monies through federal research and development tax incentives. She is passionate about seeing businesses succeed! In her spare time, she is active in her church, raising two boys, writing her blog, and playing music.
Gary has over 30 years combined experience in large corporations and a Big Four CPA firm. He has experience in financial analysis, acquisitions, accounting, auditing, management reporting, and tax issues, including work on R&D tax credits as large as $2M per tax year. Gary has worked for some the largest companies in Alabama. Gary started his career as a CPA with KPMG in St. Louis and attended Bentley University with a B.A. in Accounting.

Paula has six years’ experience in Human Resources and Office Administration. She attended Florida State University, graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management. She then worked for non-profit agencies, overseeing their employment needs, as well as coordinating procurement, before joining Corporate Tax Advisors. In her free time, she has volunteered with local schools and Girl Scouts.
